At Heart and Mind Counselling we provide therapeutic support to parents or carers of children and young people of all ages for support with parental strategies to manage complex behaviours and emotional/psychological difficulties.

We are passionate about working with children and their families for a range of issues that are preventing them from living a full and happy life. We have a background of using interventions such as circle of security, positive behaviour support informed approach, play based therapy and have extensive understanding of children’s developmental needs.
